Relying on three core technologies developed entirely in-house — high-efficiency green-tape casting, ceramic microstructure design and high-density metallisation — the company has built a 10,000 m² high-standard plant equipped with more than 160 sets of automatic production equipment for tape casting, printing, lamination, sintering, CMP, sputtering, photolithography and electroplating, together with more than 60 sets of advanced analytical instruments including confocal microscopes, scanning electron microscopes, EDS and XRF.
