High-K ceramic substrates feature a high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, stable temperature characteristics and high dielectric strength. Eight material grades from LFHK15 to LFHK120 are available: at 3 GHz the dielectric constant ranges from 19.6 to 120, dielectric loss from ≤0.002 to ≤0.003, the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency is 0±30 to 0±60 ppm/°C and volume resistivity is ≥10¹² Ω·cm at 25°C, meeting the design requirements of different capacitance densities and frequency characteristics. Main applications include single-layer chip capacitors (SLC), filters and microwave wiring substrates. Typical thicknesses are 0.15/0.2 mm and outline sizes 38.1/50.8 mm; annual capacity is 200,000 pieces, and thickness, outline dimensions and surface finish can all be customised.
