Hannover Messe 2026 was recently held successfully at the Hannover Exhibition Center in Germany. As the world's largest and best-known international industrial trade fair, this year's edition — themed "Gain Tech Insights into the Future of Industry" — attracted about 2,900 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and regions, including roughly 700 from China, second only to host Germany.
Backed by the "Sichuan to the World" international market-expansion support policy, Sichuan's Department of Commerce organized 16 Sichuan enterprises to exhibit. The delegation included influential listed companies such as Ruidi Zhidrive and Ruilian Electric, as well as national-level "little giant" specialists and hidden champions such as Canop Robotics, Fute Technology, and Ruien Optoelectronics. Exhibits spanned the full smart-manufacturing chain and its frontiers — industrial robots, precision transmission components, high-precision positioning systems, flexible connectors, environmental catalysts, and magnetic-levitation equipment — fully demonstrating Sichuan's latest achievements in technological innovation and green development.
Leveraging the Hannover Messe platform, Sichuan companies held precise matchmaking with global buyers, technical service providers, and research institutions, achieving a series of practical results. Chengdu Ruidi Zhidrive Technology connected with renowned companies at home and abroad — including Siemens, Tihu Robot, Agile Robots, and ROKAE — securing intended orders of about RMB 35 million. Chengdu Chaodechuang Technology signed an export contract with a British customer for 1,000 electromagnetic brakes on site and reached agency cooperation with French and Spanish buyers, laying the foundation for sustained exports. Chengdu Pufeikete Trading engaged multiple key industry customers and distributors, with expected orders of about RMB 7 million. Chengdu Sixiang Zhixin Technology's high-precision positioning system — used for smart-factory logistics tracking and personnel safety management in hazardous zones — drew strong attention from customers in Germany, Poland, Brazil, and other countries.
As a flagship international market-expansion brand built by the Department of Commerce, "Sichuan to the World" aims to enhance the global competitiveness and market share of "Made in Sichuan," using key exhibitions and trade events at home and abroad as its main lever to form a pragmatic and effective promotion system. Organizing this delegation to Hannover Messe is one concrete step in that effort. Going forward, the Department will continue to optimize its policy support system and guide more capable and willing Sichuan enterprises to "go global," injecting sustained momentum into the high-quality development of the province's foreign trade.
