Main Products Copper Rod Continuous Casting & Rolling Production Line The production line integrates the four core processes of "melting - continuous casting - rolling – take up", achieving automated processing from copper raw materials to finished copper rod. It produces low-oxygen copper rods with diameters of 8mm, 16mm and 20mm,which is widely used in the manufacturing industries of electrical equipment such as wires and cables, transformers, and motors. Aluminum（alloy）Rod Continuous Casting & Rolling Production Line Through the integration of multiple continuous processes, automated processing from aluminum raw materials to finished aluminum (alloy) rod is realized. The produced ordinary aluminum rod of 9.5mm, 12mm and 15mm, as well as 1000, 6000 and 8000 series aluminum alloy rod features moderate cost and excellent electrical conductivity, and is widely used in the manufacturing of electrical equipment such as wires and cables, motor windings, etc. Upward Oxygen Free Copper Rod Continuous Casting Production Line The upward continuous casting line is the most mainstream and efficient process for producing oxygen-free copper rods. Its core lies in continuous upward drawing and crystallization from molten copper, with complete oxygen isolation throughout the proces s, enabling continuous and automated production of low ‑ oxygen / oxygen ‑ free copper rods. The copper rods produced feature a stable oxygen content of ≤ 10 ppm (oxygen-free copper) and a maximum of ≤ 20 ppm (low-oxygen copper), with conductivity ≥ 101% IACS, no hydrogen embrittlement, and excellent electrical conductivity. Copper Cathode Continuous Casting Production Line The copper cathode production line is a specialized smelting system that produces high ‑ purity cathode copper as its core product. Through pyrometallurgical or hydrometallurgical processes, it converts low ‑ purity raw materials such as copper concentrat e and scrap copper into industrial core materials with a purity of ≥99.95%. These materials are widely used in the manufacturing of electronic components including printed circuit boards (PCBs), integrated circuits, and connectors. They also serve as key materials for new energy vehicle batteries, motors, charging piles, as well as aerospace, shipbuilding, construction and building materials.
