The site covers more than 80 mu with total investment of RMB 120 million, and houses Class 100,000 clean workshops, raw material warehouses and finished-goods packing lines.
Hot pot chuanfen is the company's core product, alongside handmade dried chuanfen, fern-root vermicelli and instant hot-and-sour noodles. Annual capacity reaches 35,000 tonnes with an output value of RMB 200 million, providing work for more than 300 local people. Automatic cooking, cut-to-length and aseptic packing equipment is combined with traditional extruding and sun-drying practice, linking raw material selection to finished-goods dispatch and supporting chain-restaurant purchasing, supermarket supply and peak-season stock building.
On quality control, the company has invested over RMB 1 million in an independent inspection and testing department with physical, chemical and microbiological equipment, applying a three-stage regime of incoming material screening, in-process patrol inspection and finished-goods re-inspection, with batch traceability from starch gelatinisation to dispatch.
