Shifang Haixing Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2004 in Shifang City, Deyang, Sichuan Province, on the Chengdu Plain, with convenient transport and communications and a strong technical team. With registered capital of RMB 3.7 million (RMB 2 million paid in) and Mr Zhu Chaobin as legal representative, it is a private chemical enterprise specialising in the development, production and sale of industrial phosphoric acid and fine phosphate chemicals.
The company strictly follows the ISO9002 international quality system, and every product is covered by a complete quality assurance system with technical indices meeting national standards. Its range covers monoammonium phosphate (MAP), diammonium phosphate (DAP), monosodium phosphate (MSP), disodium phosphate (DSP), trisodium phosphate (TSP), monopotassium phosphate (MKP), dipotassium phosphate (DKP), potassium pyrophosphate (TKPP), sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) and sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), and it also handles import and export of commodities and technologies on its own account and as an agent.
Responding to downstream demand, products are organised into four series: food additives, water-soluble fertilisers, chemical reagents and industrial applications. The food additive series covers MKP, STPP, SHMP and SAPP for meat, dairy, beverage and starch processing; the water-soluble fertiliser series centres on MKP, MAP, DAP and urea phosphate for drip, flush and foliar application; the reagent series offers phosphoric acid and phosphates in GR, AR and CP grades; industrial applications span flame retardants, lithium battery cathode precursors, yeast fermentation and feed additives.
Products are exported in volume through import and export companies and trading houses. With stable quality and short lead times, the company has been recognised by the authorities, holding a hazardous chemicals business licence (Chuan-De-Wei-Hua-Jing-Zi [2023] No. 0259, valid until 15 November 2026) and having received the Top Ten Foreign Trade Enterprises (2011) and Outstanding Foreign Trade Enterprise titles from the Shifang Municipal People's Government, as well as the 2016 Scale Enterprise Contribution Award from Yinfeng Town.
