Through more than 20 years of integrated innovation in non-ferrous metal continuous casting and rolling equipment manufacturing, Shuhong successfully developed the SH7000 copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line with an annual capacity of 220,000 tons in 2011. As the first domestically developed large-scale copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line in China, it broke the long-standing monopoly of imported equipment in the Chinese market.
As one of the world's most advanced production systems for low-oxygen copper rods, the SH7000 line integrates an electrolytic copper vertical melting furnace and a complete premixed combustion system. It has achieved a major breakthrough in continuous, large-scale production from electrolytic copper raw materials to φ8mm copper rods. To date, it remains the only domestically developed product of its kind in China capable of competing in the international market, representing advanced "Made in China" manufacturing capability.
