The company traces its origins to Guangdong (Foshan) Xiezhan Mould, founded in 2002, with more than twenty years of experience in precision mould manufacturing, and is now wholly owned by Chengdu Xiezhan Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The plant covers about 105 mu (roughly 7 hectares) and includes a 2,800 m² Class-100,000 clean workshop, with a factory building area of 6,632.39 m². Medical consumables include PET test tubes (the body of vacuum blood collection tubes), vacuum blood collection tubes, disposable sampling strips and virus sampling tubes — more than 200 varieties in total. Daily capacity of PET test tubes exceeds 2 million pieces, ranking among the top three in China, and the company is the first in China able to complete the entire chain of product design, mould design, mould making and PET test tube production in house.
