With 19 years of deep cultivation in baijiu brewing equipment, the company has grown from a single equipment manufacturer into a service provider delivering a full-industry-chain closed loop of "intelligent equipment + environmental protection + energy + digital platform + smart retail" within the baijiu equipment sector. The business comprises five segments. Intelligent brewing equipment covers gantry-type space sliding robots, intelligent distillation-loading robots, space sliding manipulators, intelligent cooling beds (spreading and cooling machines), continuous loading machines, intelligent energy-saving distillation equipment, intelligent fermentation systems, automatic grain moistening machines, automatic still-lid openers, and stainless steel distillation vessels, bottom pots and lids. Brewing environmental protection equipment covers the solid-liquid waste material reconstruction system, closed-circuit coolers, air-cooled coolers, cooling water recycling systems and supporting new-type hot water tanks. Brewing energy management covers heat recovery and cooling water circulation systems, digital energy optimisation outsourcing and energy management contracting. The digital brewing platform provides industrial IoT, three-screen collaboration, AI-enabled process tuning and digital-twin factories, while the smart retail segment builds self-service bulk liquor terminals around the smart liquor dispensing machine.
Technology innovation is central to the company. It has obtained more than 70 nationally authorised intellectual property rights, including 11 invention patents and 32 utility model patents, together with two national intellectual-property-intensive products; all core patents have been commercialised. The company operates a Deyang Municipal Enterprise Technology Centre and one of Deyang's first pilot-scale R&D platforms, and has built the Hyred Smart Brewing Pilot Platform with a daily wastewater treatment capacity of 100 tonnes - an industry-leading zero-discharge, low-carbon pilot facility where customer engineers can train before commissioning at their own plants. In green and low-carbon terms, the company's cooling water recovery and cascade waste-heat utilisation technologies deliver clear results: more than 70% of cooling water heat is recycled, water consumption per tonne of liquor has fallen from 70 t to 30 t, comprehensive energy savings reach 20%-30% and water savings 30%-50%, with 100% waste liquid re-use, 95% husk recovery and 98% solids recovery, helping distilleries approach zero discharge; brewing wastewater treatment costs about RMB 60 per tonne, significantly below the roughly RMB 90 per tonne of conventional biological treatment.
