A sharpening wheel dedicated to tobacco shredder and slitting blades, with a multi-tooth electroplated diamond profile. Wheel profile wear is extremely slow and the taper and arc angles stay stable, so the ground edge is straight and free of waviness, serrations and chipping, giving uniform shred width and a low percentage of fine cut tobacco. Burn-free edges with few micro-cracks allow repeated regrinding, markedly cutting the combined cost of blades and consumables.
