A conical electroplated diamond chamfering wheel with a standard 45° working face; 30°, 60° and custom angles are available. It chamfers, deburrs and trims the edges of glass, fine ceramics, carbide inserts and stone. The diamond layer and the body are formed in one piece, so the included angle stays stable and wears evenly, producing a chamfered surface down to Ra 0.4 or better. The central bore takes standard flanges and mounts directly on bench drills, glass edging machines or machining centres.
