A rutile titanium dioxide pigment made by the chloride process with dual inorganic and organic surface treatment. The inorganic coating is based on alumina and silica, while the organic treatment improves wetting and dispersion in resin systems, making it a general-purpose grade for plastics. Its narrow particle-size distribution and free-flowing dry powder combine high opacity with easy dispersion — no agglomeration, screen blinding or specking in processing, and little effect on the mechanical or electrical properties of the compound. Suited to colouring and opacifying PP, ABS, PE and PVC in injection moulding, extrusion, blown film and masterbatch production. Typical values: TiO2 ≥93%, whiteness ≥97, oil absorption ≤18 g/100 g, volatiles at 105 °C ≤0.5% and 45 μm residue ≤0.02%, to GB/T 1706-2006. Packed 25 kg in paper-plastic bags with a PE liner, or 500 kg and 1000 kg bulk bags, with batch test reports supplied.
