Minfuji Group, the parent of Sichuan Minfuji Food Co., Ltd., was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Pengzhou, Sichuan. It specializes in the R&D, production, processing, and sales of pickled vegetables, compound seasonings, chili products, leisure seasoned foods, and instant foods. The group operates multiple well-equipped production bases covering more than 200 mu with over 1,500 employees, and is a provincial-level key leading enterprise in Sichuan's agricultural industrialization. Production capacity: more than 10,000 earthen fermentation jars producing over 10,000 tons of jar-pickled vegetables (mainly small-leaf pickled mustard) annually; 330 food-grade epoxy-coated standard fermentation pools producing more than 40,000 tons of traditional pickled products per year (including pickled mustard greens, cowpeas, chilies, and radishes); 12 specialized pickled product lines shipping about 6 million units (about 50,000 tons) annually; 12 compound seasoning lines producing nearly 2 million units (about 24,000 tons) per year; and 2 newly built chili product lines expected to produce 4,500 tons of chili products annually.
