Founded in 2021 in Jingyang District, Deyang, Deyang Guangda Dongqi New Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Zhangjiagang Guangda Special Materials Co., Ltd. and Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Dongfang Electric), a result of deepened mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises. The company focuses on high-end casting and forging for energy, aviation, military, and chemical equipment, with nearly 60 years of technical accumulation in high-end castings and forgings for large energy equipment, and is a leading casting enterprise and a pioneer in steel casting. In technology and production, it has a complete large casting system, capable of manufacturing parts for million-kilowatt nuclear turbines and heavy-duty gas turbines, mastering casting technologies for more than 100 materials (including various stainless steels and alloy steels), with single castings up to 200 tons; it also has die forging, open-die forging, and heat treatment capabilities for turbine and gas turbine components, and has developed forging and high-temperature heat treatment technologies for more than 200 materials (including superalloys and titanium alloys).
