【English】A genuinely fully automated one-stop nucleic acid testing system composed of three independent chambers — reagent preparation, sample preparation and amplification/detection — integrating original tube loading, automated aliquoting, nucleic acid extraction, PCR master mix preparation, reaction setup, PCR amplification and result analysis. The independent pressure-controlled chambers exchange PCR plates through a pass-through logistics channel, allowing in-tube samples in and results out with no manual handling. Widely applied to detection of swine flu, African swine fever, foot-and-mouth disease, pseudorabies, piglet diarrhea, wheat stripe rust and rice blast.
