分为组合式和环形。组合式主要由钢针固定夹、钢针连接夹、针杆固定夹、杆杆固定夹、骨盆针固定夹、直支柱、30° 支柱、90° 支柱等配件组成；环形主要由胫骨环形延长支架、胫骨近端环形组合支架、胫骨近端环形支架、下肢环形延长支架、下肢矫形支架等按临床需要组合使用。均与金属骨针配合，应用于骨折部位的体外固定复位。

The combination type mainly consists of pin-to-pin clamps, pin-to-rod clamps, rod-to-rod clamps, pelvic pin clamps, straight posts and 30-degree and 90-degree posts; the circular type mainly consists of tibial circular lengthening frames, proximal tibial circular combination frames, proximal tibial circular frames, lower-limb circular lengthening frames and lower-limb orthopedic frames assembled per clinical needs. Both are used with metal bone pins for external fixation and reduction of fractures.
