偏硅酸钠
【中文】又名无水偏硅酸钠，分子式Na2SiO3，呈白色颗粒或粉末状。颗粒均匀、比表面积大、吸油值高，有利于去除油污；总碱和二氧化硅总含量≥94%，相比水合偏硅酸钠提高了对Ca、Mg离子的结合容量，对促进硬水软化、调节和稳定PH值、改善表面活性剂性能、提高去污力及保持良好粉状结构等均有重要作用；不会析出结晶水，对洗涤剂中有机氯、过氧化物、漂白增效剂等表现出特别的相容性和稳定性，助洗效果明显优于水合偏硅。广泛应用于各类洗涤剂、金属表面处理、保塑保水剂原料、除油、纺织印染助剂及纸张脱墨剂等。
【English】Also known as anhydrous sodium metasilicate, formula Na2SiO3, it appears as white granules or powder. Its uniform particles, large specific surface area and high oil absorption value help remove oil stains. With total alkali and silicon dioxide content of no less than 94%, it has a higher binding capacity for Ca and Mg ions than hydrated sodium metasilicate, and plays an important role in softening hard water, regulating and stabilizing pH, improving surfactant performance, enhancing detergency and maintaining a good powder structure. It does not release crystal water and shows excellent compatibility and stability with organochlorines, peroxides and bleaching synergists in detergents, with a builder effect noticeably better than hydrated sodium metasilicate. Widely used in various detergents, metal surface treatment, water-retaining agent raw materials, degreasing, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries and paper deinking agents.
