【中文】无色透明正方晶体。易溶于水，微溶于醇，不溶于丙酮。熔点190℃，早空气中较稳定，加热至100℃时有小部分分解。高于熔点时失去氨和水，并生成偏磷酸铵和磷酸的混合物。主要用于木材、纸张、织物作防火剂，也可用作防火涂料添加剂，干粉灭火剂等。在食品工业中用作发酵剂、营养剂等。在农业上作为无氯型N、P二元复合肥使用，是配制N、P、K三元复混肥的优质基础原料，是优良的水溶肥原料。
【English】Colorless and transparent cubic crystals. Easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in acetone. Melting point is 190°C, quite stable in air, with a small amount decomposing when heated to 100°C. Above its melting point, it loses ammonia and water, forming a mixture of ammonium metaphosphate and phosphoric acid. Mainly used as a fire retardant for wood, paper, and fabrics, and can also be used as an additive in fireproof coatings, dry powder extinguishers, etc. In the food industry, it’s used as a leavening agent and nutrient. In agriculture, it’s used as a chlorine-free N and P compound fertilizer, an excellent basic material for making NPK compound fertilizers, and a high-quality raw material for water-soluble fertilizers.
