【中文】造纸用石蜡乳液，采用天然石蜡通过中性非离子表面活性剂乳化和阳离子表面活性剂改性制得，可满足不同纸张的要求。产品特性：耐酸、耐碱、耐硬水、水溶性强、乳液稳定；可与任意比例水稀释，不分层、不破乳、不结块；稳定性强、固含量高、分散性好。技术指标：外观灰白色均质半透明液体，固含量20-30%（根据客户要求生产），PH值6-8。主要用于卫生纸以及其他薄页纸，防止纸张沾缸，从而提高纸张品质；可作为涂布前聚乙烯醇施胶剂，防止聚乙烯醇的沾辊和对辊筒的腐蚀，也适用于白板纸板涂布前的厚纸正面施胶，以提高纸张的憎液性和光泽度，并增进纸张的抗水性和表面平滑度。用量为2-5kg/吨绝干浆。包装及贮运：125公斤/桶、200公斤/桶塑料桶包装，阴凉通风仓库内密封贮存，保质期3个月，无毒、非易燃易爆及无腐蚀性。
【English】A papermaking paraffin wax emulsion made from natural paraffin emulsified with neutral non-ionic surfactants and modified with cationic surfactants, meeting the requirements of different paper grades. Product features: resistant to acid, alkali and hard water, strong water solubility and stable emulsion; can be diluted with water in any proportion without layering, demulsification or caking; high stability, high solid content and good dispersibility. Technical indices: appearance gray-white homogeneous translucent liquid, solid content 20-30% (produced to customer requirements), pH 6-8. Mainly used for tissue paper and other thin papers to prevent cylinder sticking and improve paper quality; it can also serve as a PVA sizing agent before coating to prevent PVA roller sticking and roller corrosion, and is suitable for top-side sizing of thick paper before white board coating to improve liquid repellency and gloss and enhance water resistance and surface smoothness. Dosage: 2-5 kg per ton of oven-dry pulp. Packing and storage: 125 kg/drum and 200 kg/drum plastic drums, stored sealed in a cool and ventilated warehouse, shelf life 3 months, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive.
