【English】Hakka hand-shredded duck is the lead product of the company's Hakka-flavor range, offered in green Sichuan peppercorn and numbing-spicy variants at 600g per pack and presented in shredded serving portions. The packaging carries the romanized name KEJIA SHOU SI YA together with Hakka and Sichuan Flavor wording, combining Hakka technique with local Sichuan taste.
