【English】The yak is raised on free-range pastures at an altitude of over 3,000 metres in Aba Prefecture, western Sichuan, drinking pure snowmelt water and grazing on native grasses. The meat is tender yet firm, low in fat, high in protein and of pure quality. The premium-cut steak is taken from a whole piece of beef, is rich and full-bodied, and is ideal for pan-searing, grilling and slow braising while retaining natural flavour and nutrition.
