【日本語】濃香型、清香型、醬香型の三つの香型をカバー、全て純穀物固相醸造。濃香型ベーシック版と2.0版は穀物窖の陳香と甘く滑らかで爽やかな味わいを融合し日常の飲用に適し、PRO版は五穀を厳選して小ロット醸造しビジネス試飲に適します。清香型は清雅で純正、柔らかく甘く澄み食事と独酌に適します。醬香型は「12987」製法に従い多年熟成させ醇厚で香りを残します。
【English】Spanning strong-aroma, light-aroma and sauce-aroma baijiu, every expression is crafted from grain by traditional solid-state fermentation. The strong-aroma Classic and 2.0 editions offer aged-cellar character, mellow sweetness and excellent value for daily drinking, while the PRO edition is brewed in small batches from five grains for business tasting. The light-aroma is clean and refreshing for meals or solo sipping; the sauce-aroma follows the 12987 process with years of aging.
