【日本語】3種類の低度クラフトビールを取り扱っています。ドイツ伝統製法のヴァイツェン（500ml、4.5%vol）は小麦の香りが豊かで泡が細かく、地元もち米を融合したモチ米ラガー（500ml、5%vol）はラガーの爽やかさともち米の甘さを兼ね備え、新鮮な楊梅を発酵させた楊梅エール（330ml、3.5%vol）は甘酸っぱくて集まりや小酌に最適です。
【English】The range covers three beers. German Hefeweizen (500ml, 4.5% ABV) is brewed to traditional German standards with rich malt aroma, dense foam and gentle bitterness, ideal for hotpot and grilled food. Glutinous Rice Lager (500ml, 5% ABV) folds in local glutinous rice for a rounder, sweeter body. Bayberry Ale (330ml, 3.5% ABV) is fermented with fresh-picked bayberries for a sweet-tart, sessionable sip.
