Tianqian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was established in May 2010 with a total investment of RMB 430 million and registered capital of RMB 200 million. It is located in the Jiangsu Industrial Park of the Economic Development Zone of Mianzhu City, Deyang, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 132 mu. The company is held 86.25% by Sichuan Jiannanchun Group and 13.75% by Sichuan Mianzhu Qiankun Group, and is currently a Vice-Chairman Unit of the China Forging Association.
The company is well equipped with a 25,000-tonne electric screw press die-forging production line, an 8-tonne CNC fully hydraulic die-forging hammer line, 3-tonne and 1-tonne electro-hydraulic free-forging lines, a heat-treatment line and a metal material testing laboratory, forming a complete precision forging system covering billet preparation, die forging, heat treatment and inspection.
The company specialises in the R&D and manufacture of medium and large precision die forgings. Its main products include turbine blades for nuclear and thermal power steam turbines, gas turbine compressors and fans; integrally die-forged crankshafts for marine high-speed engines, heavy truck engines and large generator sets; as well as medium and large precision die forgings for special-purpose vehicles and oil & gas extraction.
The company has obtained AS9100D aerospace quality management system, IATF16949 automotive quality management system, ISO9001 quality management system, GJB9001C weaponry quality management system, AD2000 W0 and PED 97/23/EC product certifications, as well as ISO14001 environmental management system and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certifications. Quality control covers the whole process from raw material re-inspection to production control and after-sales service.
