The company has built a relatively complete complex amino acid product system covering four main segments. The first is food-grade complex amino acid powder, produced by both acid hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis routes, including silkworm pupa hydrolysed amino acid powder, silkworm pupa and soybean hydrolysed amino acid powder, soybean hydrolysed amino acid powder, enzymatic hydrolysis complex amino acid powder and decolourised/deodorised silkworm pupa hydrolysed amino acid powder - each suited to soft and hard capsules, tablets, oral liquids and solid beverages. The second is industrial-grade complex amino acid products, comprising powder grades A80, A80-PRO, P80 (plant source), P80-PRO (plant source) and A80-Ca (amino acid chelated calcium), plus liquid grades such as the compound amino acid liquid base material L20. The third is a polypeptide series (silkworm pupa and soybean polypeptides, and enzymatically hydrolysed soybean polypeptide liquid), and the fourth is speciality products such as silk amino acid. These products are widely used in nutrition and health foods, animal nutrition (feed additives) and high-end agriculture (speciality fertilisers), making the company one of the main suppliers of food-grade complex amino acid products in China.
The company holds food production licences for complex amino acid powder under both acid hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis processes, giving it the flexibility to switch between the two routes according to customer requirements - a core capability distinguishing it from peers. It strictly follows enterprise standards (Q/RYS0001S-2022, Q/RYS0003S-2019, Q/RYS0004S-2024 and Q/RYS0007S-2024, among others). Food-hygienic piping is used throughout production and plasticiser indices comply with national standards; trichloropropanol is strictly controlled through anion and cation exchange resins and key heavy metals are below the national health-food limits; total bacterial counts can be kept below 1,000 CFU/g (non-irradiated). Colour, fineness (80-120 mesh), pH and solubility can all be precisely controlled to customer requirements.
