Pulping and Finishing Additives
A softener specially developed for tissue paper, formulated and reacted from premium raw materials. It makes tissue fibers slide easily, giving softness and elasticity and enhancing tear strength; it also significantly improves the water absorption of tissue paper for better quality.
Product features: diffuses in water with good softening and lubricating properties; improves fiber smoothness, giving tissue a smooth and rich hand feel while synergistically increasing tear strength. Technical indices: slightly yellow or white creamy liquid, active content above 20%, pH 7±1 (1% aqueous solution). Mainly used for tissue paper, napkin paper, facial tissue and other premium papers. It can be added in the pre-beating chest, stock preparation chest or headbox; dosage is about 0.5% of oven-dry pulp and can be adjusted according to actual conditions (pulp type, pH value). Packing and storage: 100 kg/drum and 125 kg/drum plastic drums, stored sealed in a cool and ventilated warehouse, shelf life 6 months, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive.
