Refined from silkworm pupa through advanced defatting and hydrolysis, this product offers high free and total amino acid content with low impurities (ash ≤ 1.0%). The pupa is defatted without harmful solvent residues; free amino acids ≥80% and total amino acids ≥85%, with essential amino acids accounting for over 43% of the total. Light in colour (milky white to pale yellow) and highly water-soluble, with fineness (80-120 mesh) and pH precisely adjustable to customer requirements. Food-hygienic piping is used throughout, plasticiser indices meet national standards and the total plate count is ≤1,000 CFU/g (non-irradiated); trichloropropanol is strictly controlled by anion and cation exchange resins and key heavy metals are below national health-food limits (≤0.3 ppm).
