Made from defatted silkworm pupa with an intensified decolourising and deodorising step added to the conventional process, this grade is whiter in powder form and its 5% aqueous solution is nearly colourless, with only a faint amino acid odour - ideal for products with strict colour and flavour requirements. Total amino acids ≥80% with low impurities and good water solubility; fineness controllable at 80-120 mesh and pH adjustable. Suitable for colour- and flavour-sensitive applications such as amino acid oral liquids, clear beverages, capsule fillings and premium solid beverages, noticeably improving the appearance and mouthfeel of the final product.
