Made from silkworm pupa by an advanced process, this product has high total amino acid content (≥80%) and low impurities, solving the various problems encountered in producing amino acid soft/hard capsules and tablets. The pupa is defatted by advanced extraction without harmful solvent residues; essential amino acids account for over 43% of the total, fully conforming to the FAO/WHO reference pattern of human amino acid requirements. It flows well with uniform granules and fineness adjustable to 80-120 mesh. Food-hygienic piping is used throughout, plasticiser indices meet national standards and the total plate count is ≤1,000 CFU/g (non-irradiated); trichloropropanol is strictly controlled by ion exchange resins and heavy metals meet national health-food limits. Suitable for soft capsules, hard capsules and tablets.
