The RPSD automatic permanent-magnet iron remover (model RPSD-DN80) operates at a system pressure of 1.6 MPa, handles cathode slurry with a viscosity of 4000–35000 mPa·s at 5–65 ℃ and a density of 1.8–2.5 g/cm³, and provides a magnetic field strength of ≥12000 GS. Compared with the semi-automatic model, it features automatic slag discharge and automatic cleaning for non-stop continuous operation, further improving line automation and iron-removal efficiency.
