Qiang Embroidery Thangka
A Green Tara thangka embroidered with Qiang stitches such as long-and-short, even, seed and blending stitches, in vivid, dimensional colors.
The finished work is mounted with brocade into a traditional hanging scroll, jointly created by inheritors of Qiang embroidery and thangka art.
