A Sichuan Pepper Plum variant of the HeLi ChongZhuang fruit wine range, 500ml at 6% ABV. The numbing-pepper and green plum pairing highlights a distinctly Sichuan flavour profile, framed as a creative collision of fruit and spirit. Balanced, refreshing, low in alcohol and long in fruit aroma.
