Sticking to the dryer cylinder is common in papermaking (especially for tissue paper), causing a series of paper defects that directly affect the production process and sales. This product completely solves the cylinder-sticking problem, increases surface strength and gloss, reduces paper breaks and web breaks, and improves production efficiency.
It protects the cylinder surface, lubricates the doctor blade, has strong biodegradability and does not contaminate the system. Technical indices: form oily liquid, non-ionic, extremely soluble in water. Mainly used to solve paper cylinder sticking; the reference dosage is 3-6 kg per ton of oven-dry pulp (adjusted according to actual conditions). Packing and storage: plastic drums, stored sealed in a cool and ventilated warehouse, shelf life 6 months, non-toxic and non-corrosive.
