Papermaking Additives
Model TH-01, a new-generation product developed on the basis of conventional sizing agents. In addition to self-retention and high water resistance, it accelerates curing, improves sizing effectiveness and markedly enhances other technical indicators of paper. It imparts high water resistance, improves gloss and strength, gives a low yellowing value and reduces brittleness; it improves printability and the retention of fines and fillers, reducing pulp consumption and cost; it simplifies the sizing process, improves paper machine runnability and cures quickly; neutral papermaking reduces equipment corrosion and extends equipment service life.
Technical indices: appearance white emulsion, pH 2-4, solid content 15±0.5%, cationic, easily dispersed in cold water. Widely suitable for writing paper, offset printing paper, containerboard, corrugated paper, electrostatic copy paper, coated base paper and other paper grades requiring sizing, and applicable to wood pulp, bamboo pulp and recycled waste paper pulp. Packing and storage: 200 kg or 1000 kg plastic drums or tank trucks, stored sealed in a cool and ventilated warehouse, shelf life 2 months (0-30°C), non-toxic and non-corrosive.
