Product features: 1. Appearance - activated calcium carbonate is a white powder, odourless, non-irritating, with a low refractive index and stable in air. 2. After activation treatment its molecular structure is changed and the particle size distribution is uniform, giving strong hydrophobicity.
3. It features high whiteness, good flowability, good gloss, uniform dispersion and high loading capacity. 4. It has good lubricity, flowability, dispersibility and organic character. 5. It has strong intermolecular affinity with rubber and plastics, allowing a filling amount 2-5 times or more than that of ordinary calcium carbonate. 6. Low oil absorption, high whiteness and high elongation; its outstanding metal-release property and remarkable lubricating effect also improve surface gloss, wear resistance and impact strength of the finished products.
