Edible Fungi
One of the edible fungi varieties produced on the company bases, with the name tea tree mushroom printed on the front of the pack. It has a crisp texture and is valued for its amino acid content, and can be eaten fresh or dried.
The company supplies strains from its own breeding and planting bases and organizes procurement under a company-base-cooperative-farmer model integrating strain, cultivation, purchasing, processing and sales.
