Made from selected chilies, Sichuan pepper, vegetable oil and more than 20 quality spices through eight traditional processes, the sauce adds freshness, aroma and colour.
It is used for Sichuan-style stir-fries, braises, boiled dishes and dry pots, and can also be fried into hot pot base or served as a soup-pot dip. It comes in over ten sizes from 150g to 25kg in bag, bottle and drum packaging.
