The CY-206LL is the largest model in the multi-station cold former range. Its blue-and-grey enclosure carries a guarded raised platform and central console, with pay-off, straightening and feeding units on the left and the discharge end on the right. Cutting, feeding, multi-station upsetting, sizing and piercing are completed in one cycle, forming special bolts, flange nut blanks, sleeves and non-standard blanks in a single pass with far fewer secondary operations.
