The TR-004B is the lengthened thread roller: two inclined dies form the working area at the top, a sight window and pitch handle at the front, drive and electricals at the rear, outlet on the right. Rolling is chipless — the dies squeeze the workpiece so material flows into thread form, giving high strength, a smooth finish and no swarf. Pitch and length are set by changing dies and adjusting stroke.
