L'œuvre est estampée avec soin sur le raffiné papier Xue Tao, puis posée sur le somptueux brocart Shu : en quelques centimètres carrés se concentrent la sagesse de la « richesse » et l'esprit du « talent » de l'ancien Shu, entre pièce de collection et porte-bonheur.
【English】Uniting three national-level intangible cultural heritages rooted in Chengdu, woodblock printmaking, Xue Tao paper and Shu brocade weaving, this work draws inspiration from Jiaozi, the world's earliest paper currency. Through the artisanal craft of woodblock rubbing, designs are impressed onto refined Xue Tao paper mounted upon sumptuous Shu brocade, embodying the ancient Shu's acumen in wealth and its refinement in scholarly elegance within a compact format.
