Highland Fruit
Grown at an eco-friendly fruit and vegetable farm on the highlands of Aba Prefecture in western Sichuan, at an altitude of over 2,000 metres with abundant sunshine, large day-night temperature swings, pure snowmelt irrigation and clean mountain air with few pests and diseases.
Harvested in summer, the fruit is snow-white and fibre-free, with sweetness of up to 18° Brix, a distinctive creamy and fruity aroma, and is rich in fructose, vitamin E and dietary fibre.
