Produced from the leaves of the perennial herb Stevia rebaudiana by water extraction, resin purification and spray drying. Total steviol glycosides of 90% and 95% available. Supplied as white or slightly yellow crystalline powder or granules with a cool sweet taste, about 150-300 times sweeter than sucrose and very low in calories — a natural sweetener widely used in food, beverages, pharmaceuticals and personal care.
