Using a non-inductive structure with flame-retardant epoxy resin potting, it delivers high pulse current capability, high voltage resistance, low temperature rise and low loss, with small ESL and ESR and high dv/dt tolerance. Operating temperature -40 to 105 degC, capacitance 0.1-5.6 uF, rated voltage 700-6000 V.DC. Mainly used for IGBT snubber absorption to protect peak voltage and current at turn-off.
