Amorphous Alloy Transformer
A fully sealed oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformer uses an iron-based amorphous alloy core as the magnetic material. Amorphous alloy offers high saturation flux density, low loss (about 1/3 to 1/5 that of silicon steel), low coercivity, low excitation current and good temperature stability, making it an ideal energy-saving "green material". Its no-load loss is 70%-80% lower than that of the silicon-steel S9 series, and it can also reduce emissions of CO2, SO2, NOx and other harmful gases when used in oil-immersed transformers. The core uses a single-frame or three-phase five-limb wound-core structure with thin-sheet formed frame clamping, and the LV coil can be wound with copper wire or copper foil, featuring low loss, strong short-circuit resistance and an advanced, rational structure. Service environment: altitude no more than 1000 m, indoor or outdoor; maximum ambient +40 degC, maximum daily mean +30 degC; maximum annual mean +20 degC, minimum annual mean -25 degC. Standards: GB 1094 series, JB/T 6451, etc.
