Oil-Immersed Transformer
A three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer with a 3D wound core. Breaking through the traditional planar structure, it adopts a three-dimensional triangular structure composed of three identical single frames, so that the three-phase magnetic circuits are completely symmetrical, equal in length and as short as possible. It ensures three-phase supply balance, with magnetic reluctance, excitation current, no-load loss and noise significantly reduced, and offers higher mechanical strength and a more stable structure. Compared with national-standard S11 transformers of the same capacity, no-load loss drops by more than 25%, no-load current drops by 70% and noise drops by 7-10 dB(A); compared with S13 laminated-structure transformers of the same capacity, no-load current drops by more than 70% and noise drops by 5-8 dB(A). Service environment: altitude no more than 1000 m, indoor or outdoor; maximum ambient +40 degC, maximum daily mean +30 degC; maximum annual mean +20 degC, minimum annual mean -25 degC.
