Oil-Immersed Transformer
A three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer. The body uses a highly reliable supporting insulation structure with strong short-circuit resistance; the core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel; both HV and LV windings use high-quality oxygen-free copper wire, and the main insulation adopts 110 kV-class transformer technology to improve voltage withstand capability and reduce coil temperature rise. Fasteners are specially anti-loosening and galvanized treated; 25# premium transformer oil serves as the cooling and insulating medium. Compared with the S9 series, no-load loss and no-load current drop by an average of 25% and 70-85% respectively, average temperature rise drops by 10 K, and operating noise drops by 7-10 dB(A). Service environment: altitude no more than 1000 m, indoor or outdoor; maximum ambient temperature +40 degC, maximum daily average +30 degC; maximum annual average +20 degC, minimum annual average -25 degC.
