Model TH-01, a new type of synthetic water-soluble resin wet-strength agent that significantly improves the quality and market competitiveness of finished paper. It markedly increases the wet strength of paper and obviously improves surface strength and stretch ratio; it improves dry strength, folding endurance and brittleness, and is suitable for neutral and alkaline papermaking; it also provides good retention and drainage effects, effectively improving pulp drainage and filler retention.
Technical indices: appearance amber or light-yellow transparent liquid, solid content 12.5±0.5%, pH 2-6, viscosity (25°C, mPa·S) 20-80. It is suitable for wet-end addition in tissue paper, fruit bag paper, towel paper, handkerchief paper, liquid packaging paper, paper bag paper and photographic base paper, added after dilution by 10-100 times or dosed on-line with a metering pump. Packing and storage: 1000 kg/drum or 200 kg/drum plastic drums, stored in a cool and ventilated place at 0-35°C, shelf life 6 months, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive.
