Strong-Aroma Baijiu
Spanning strong-aroma, light-aroma and sauce-aroma baijiu, every expression is crafted from grain by traditional solid-state fermentation. The strong-aroma Classic and 2.0 editions offer aged-cellar character, mellow sweetness and excellent value for daily drinking, while the PRO edition is brewed in small batches from five grains for business tasting. The light-aroma is clean and refreshing for meals or solo sipping; the sauce-aroma follows the 12987 process with years of aging.
