The range covers three beers. German Hefeweizen (500ml, 4.5% ABV) is brewed to traditional German standards with rich malt aroma, dense foam and gentle bitterness, ideal for hotpot and grilled food. Glutinous Rice Lager (500ml, 5% ABV) folds in local glutinous rice for a rounder, sweeter body. Bayberry Ale (330ml, 3.5% ABV) is fermented with fresh-picked bayberries for a sweet-tart, sessionable sip.
